Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect information needed to operate the service, including subscriber email addresses, watched facility identifiers, billing-related Stripe identifiers, service events, and basic request logs. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PennyAPI.

How we use it

We use this information to activate monitoring, send regulatory alerts, support subscription management, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and understand product usage.

Public regulatory data

Facility pages contain public Texas HHSC regulatory information. PennyAPI is not affiliated with HHSC.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers including Railway for hosting, Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery, and Cloudflare for domain and network services. Their handling of data is governed by their respective policies.

Retention and requests

We retain operational records as reasonably necessary for the service, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Use the support form for privacy or account requests.
