Service

PennyAPI Regulatory Watch monitors publicly available government records and sends change notifications. It is an independent information service, not a regulator, law firm, insurer, lender, background-check service, or safety-rating service.

Data and decisions

Government records can be delayed, corrected, unavailable, or incomplete. PennyAPI does not guarantee uninterrupted access, completeness, or that every change will be detected immediately. Verify important decisions with the original government source.

Subscriptions

The single-facility plan is billed monthly through Stripe until canceled. You may cancel through the subscription-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may end immediately or according to the billing action shown by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use PennyAPI as the sole basis for decisions where law requires additional process or verification.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PennyAPI is provided as-is and without warranties. PennyAPI is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on stale, unavailable, inaccurate, or incomplete source data.
