Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel a PennyAPI Regulatory Watch subscription at any time through Manage subscription. Cancellation prevents future renewals according to the option shown in Stripe.

Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or when PennyAPI determines a duplicate or billing error occurred. For a billing problem, use the support form.
